NestWise Solutions is a specialist property platform that connects landlords and investors who list care-sector property (including C2, C3, C3b and C4 HMO healthcare property) with care providers and sourcers seeking such property. We provide an introductory and information service. We are not an estate agent, financial adviser, surveyor or legal adviser, and we do not act on behalf of any party in a property transaction.

Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to use the Platform.
  • Certain features require you to register for an account as a landlord, care provider or sourcer.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information and for keeping it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

Property Listings and Enquiries

  • Landlords and investors are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of any property listing or information they submit.
  • We do not verify, endorse or guarantee any listing, property, party, valuation or representation made through the Platform.

Fees

Use of the Platform may be subject to fees, which will be made clear to you before any charge applies. Where you register as a landlord, you accept the applicable fee structure as presented to you during registration.
